How to steam a fish

Steam fish

2lb fish
1 cup water
5 tbsp coconut milk
1 small hot pepper
1 small sweet pepper
9 Oz carrot
7 Oz okra
Salt to taste
3 Oz escallion and thyme
2 teaspoons garlics
I medium tomatoe (this  add colour)
8oz Irish
1 small onion

Preparation:

 1.Wash fish in cold water
 2. Chopped carrot, onion, sweet pepper, hot pepper and tomato  
 3. Add all ingredients to 1 1/2 cups of water
 4. Put it on the fire to boil for 3 minutes
 5. Add fish cover and allow to cook for 4 minutes
 6. Turn fish on the other side simmer for another 3 minutes
 7. Turn stove to low heat simmer for 2 more minutes.
Served hot with, plain rice, water crackers, or hard boiled yam
