Learn how jamaican ackee and saltfish is made

1lb saltfish  (codfish)
1 large onion
2 medium tomatoes
1 small hot pepper
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 pinch of black pepper
2 stalks escallion and thyme

1. Remove seeds and red segment from ackee
2. Wash and cook ackee in boiling water for 7 minutes or until tender
3. Boil saltfish rip into small pieces and remove bones
4. Chopped onion, tomatoes, escallion, and  hot pepper
5. Cook chopped pieces in oil for 3 minutes.
6. Remove water from boiled from a ackee and add
7. Add ripped saltfish pieces. Add black pepper
stir well. Done in 3 minutes. Served hot.
