How to make beet root wine

5lbs beet root
2 lbs sugar
5 quarts of water
1 ounce of pimento seeds
3 lemons

method:
Wash and cut beet roots into desired  pieces
boil for twenty five minutes
Give it a refine straining
Add sugar with its still hot
cut lemons and squeeze juices separate seeds
and apply to mixture
add pimento seeds
leave it to ferment for three weeks.
Strain it. Skim it.
Served chilled.
