Ripe banana cake
ingredient:
2 cups of baking flour
2 cup of mashed ripe bananas
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 -2 cups of sugar
1/2 shortening/ vegetable oil
Pinch of salt
Half cup milk
1 cup mixed fruits
Cream butter

Preparation and baking:
1. Mix cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
2. Beat eggs and add to cream mixture
3. Mix flour and baking powder with salt
4. Add to banana mixture
5. Add mix fruits
6. Combine all ingredients into 3 minutes mixture
7. Apply to bake tin greased with shortening or vegetable oil
8. Bake at 375 degrees "F" 1-1/2 hour or until finish.
