How to make ginger beer

1lb green ginger
8 quarts water
2oz  lime or lemon juice
3lb granulated sugar

Preparation:

1.Wash and scape ginger.
2. Blend it for four minutes
3. Put it to boil for 5 minutes
4. Add lime/lemon juices after cool
5.  Cover leave for five days
6. Strain off into clean containers
7. serve chilled
