Ingredients :

salt to taste
11/2 cup of coconut milk cream
1/4 lb of carrot
3 cloves of garlic
3 large tomatoes
3oz Bread crumbs

Preparation and cooking:
1. Cut peppers, garlics, onion, escallion, tomatoes and carrots.
2. Add water and curry powder to boiling.
3. Add cutted pieces .
4. Crumble bread to fine pieces and add.
5. Allow to boil for 5 minutes.
6. Add coconut milk and salt.
7. Stir the mixture.
8. Add shrimps and cook for 4-5 minutes or when done.
