jamaican pork chops

Ingredients:
2oz of tomato ketchup
Salt to taste
5lb pork chops
3 tablespoon brown sugar
Dash of bottle pepper
2oz of jerk seasons
I cup grate carrot
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoon lemon juice
Sprig of thyme
Preparation and baking:
1. Brown pork chops
2. Mix ketchup, salt, lemon juice, grated carrot, jerk season, pepper,  water  and sugar.
3. Arrange pork chops in baking dish.
4. Apply the mixture over pork chops and bake for 2 hours or until done tender.
5. use sprig of thyme to decorate
